KHS.FFL – Fire-Resistant Liquid For Fabric And Curtains

KHS FFL – Water-based, transparent, odorless, safe and environmentally friendly fire retardant for fire protection of fabrics, curtains and carpets. Does not affect the feel of fabrics, carpets and is wash resistant. Non-toxic and non-irritating to skin.

Fabric after being treated will meet fire resistance requirements according to QCVN 06:2022/BXD

Dose of heat resistant fabric flame retardant:

• 60 – 200 grams/m2, depending on the thickness of the material.

Fabric fireproof construction:

• Soak solution A for 15-20 minutes or spray thoroughly 1-2 times, then dry at a temperature of 80-90 degrees Celsius (or let it dry naturally for about 10-12 hours).
• After the surface of the cloth is dry, after soaking (spraying) solution A, solution B will be sprayed on the surface of the fabric or carpet.

Dry time:

• 3-12h depending on material thickness and ambient temperature.

Packaging:

• 10 – 20 liter cans

Safety measures:

• Wear gloves and eye protection when working. Rinse tools after application with water.

Preserve:

• In tightly closed packaging in a cool place with a temperature not exceeding 40 degrees Celsius, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
