Job Description

• Preferred candidates with experience in the field of construction materials, fire-resistant products, wood…
• Read and understand products and system solution details to effectively sell to project distributors and strategic partners of the company.
• Build relationships between KHS and customer entities such as Distributors, Contractors, and Investors, including influential figures like architects, through introducing KHS products to these entities and selling to customers.
• Search for and develop distribution channels and projects in the design and implementation stages, and subsequently introduce KHS products to Investors, Contractors, and Developers. Develop and support distributors and construction units.

Qualifications – Skills

• University, College degree, with priority given to majors in Construction and Architecture, Economics or related fields.
• Male/Female, willing to travel for work. Dynamic, hardworking. Capable of working independently and handling high pressure.
• Learn and understand the company’s working processes.
• Learn and understand products and system solutions to effectively sell to project distributors and strategic partners of the company.
• Negotiation and communication skills. Ability to plan and execute tasks independently, analyze problems, solve issues, handle situations; use software like VP, Internet. Confident in public speaking, presentation skills, and negotiation with customers.
• Ability to read technical drawings. B2B sales skills. Good task planning and time management skills. Ability to work independently.
• Understanding of the Construction industry (preferred).
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
