Job Objective

• Ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Adhering to quality control procedures in accordance with the product standards set by R&D.
• Continuous improvement of product quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials before entering the warehouse / Inspect finished products, stored products, and outputs of each department against company standards / Inspect finished products before publication.
• Monitor and inspect to identify defective or substandard items.
• Collaborate with relevant units to address inappropriate products.
• Check specifications, appearance, packaging, labels, functionality, product hygiene, and record daily quality inspection reports.
• Create non-conformance reports, monitor corrective actions, and report the situation to the QC team leader.
• Report daily on all issues that occur. Control the storage of document records.
• Ensure accurate and timely checks to avoid disrupting the schedule.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by superiors.

Authority

• Provided with Sufficient Machinery and Equipment for QC Tasks
• Suggest Improvements for the QC Department.

Requirements

• Qualifications: College degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Proficient in office computer skills
• Capable of quickly adapting to tasks, being proactive, and managing tasks effectively.
• Skills: Planning, reporting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Attributes: Honesty, role model behavior, meticulousness, a sense of responsibility in work. Able to handle work pressure.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an equivalent position.
