Job Description
- Research and develop new technologies and products to meet customer demands. Improve product quality.
- Explore technological applications for production efficiency and the development of new products.
- Enhance the quality of existing products.
Mission
- Receive requests for research and development of new products, propose plans, and execute implementation.
- Thoroughly research the characteristics, technical standards, and advantages of the product. Conduct tests, monitor and compile data, and assess factors affecting product quality.
- Plan testing for the factory. Develop detailed timelines for each specific trial. Provide timely and effective technical support to relevant departments during the testing process.
- Create evaluation reports on trial results and propose action plans.
- Monitor and update information on government regulations related to company products to adjust raw material standards in accordance with new regulatory decrees.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure packaging, branding, etc. align with the published content.
- Ensure accurate and timely checks to avoid disruptions to the schedule.
- Perform data entry and store technical research documents, technological processes, and instructions for new products.
Authority
- Provided with adequate machinery and equipment for the task.
- Coordinate and organize a suitable team of staff for the assigned tasks.
- Request necessary resources to ensure an efficient production chain.
- Evaluate and appoint appropriate personnel.
- Be aware of the company’s operational status.
- Request support and information from the board of directors.
Requirements
- Qualifications: College degree or higher. Graduated in the field of Chemistry.
- Proficient in office computer skills. Able to comprehend scientific research documents in English.
- Skills: Planning, reporting, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Teamwork and team management skills.
- Capable of quickly adapting to tasks, being proactive, and managing tasks effectively.
- Attributes: Honesty, role model behavior, meticulousness, a sense of responsibility in work. Ability to handle work pressure.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position.
