STUDENTS LEARN FIREFIGHTING SKILLS
On the morning of October 7th, the Fire Department and Rescue (PCCC-CNCH, PC07) of Ho Chi Minh City Police organized awareness-raising activities, experiences, and practical exercises for firefighting and rescue operations on the occasion of ‘National Firefighting and Rescue Day.’ The program took place over two days, October 7th and 8th.
The students get to experience and practice firefighting and rescue operations.
At the event, officers, teachers, and 300 students from Bui Thi Xuan High School had the opportunity to experience being firefighters; escape using a ladder; practice using handheld fire extinguishers to put out fires caused by gas leaks; rescue people and evacuate in confined spaces and smoky environments; receive technical instructions on rope climbing and using slow-descending ropes.
The students had the opportunity to experience firefighting and rescue operations at the Fire Department and Rescue Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City
Furthermore, the authorities introduced the Fiber Last firefighting and rescue model; introduced the Help 114 fire and rescue app; and observed demonstrations of various modern firefighting vehicles, as well as the forces involved in firefighting and rescue operations at the 12-story building of the PC07 Department…
On the same morning, the police departments in various districts and Thu Duc City also simultaneously organized awareness-raising activities, experiences, and practical exercises for firefighting and rescue operations on the occasion of ‘National Firefighting and Rescue Day’; they also distributed fire extinguishers to households…
